Basic Wood Procurement Policy

1. Basic Philosophy
Hieu Duc – Forestry Processing Trading Co.,Ltd promotes wood procurement that takes environmental and social considerations into account, contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.

2. Procurement Policy
Ensuring Legality:
  • Comply with the laws of the country of harvest and do not use illegally harvested wood.
  • Require suppliers to provide proof of legality of the wood.
Consideration for Sustainability:
  • Strive to prioritize procuring wood from forests managed sustainably.
  • Avoid procuring wood from primary forests such as tropical rainforests or critical habitats of endangered species, areas that are important for environmental conservation.
Social Responsibility:
  • Ensure wood procurement is carried out with consideration for local communities and workers' rights, and avoid procuring wood related to human rights violations or unfair labor practices. Request suppliers to prohibit illegal or unfair practices.
Ensuring Traceability:
  • Ensure traceability by knowing the origin and distribution routes of the wood, and request suppliers to disclose information regarding the origin.
Collaboration with Suppliers:
  • Request suppliers to understand and cooperate with this policy, and promote sustainable wood procurement through dialogue with suppliers.

+ Automatic Painting system and UV drying system ensures product quality and yield increase.
+ NC machine using System products correct shape, forming the complex patterns.

Most lines are automated.
